Rules for Participation:

No purchase necessary. Must be 18 years old or over to enter. No duplicate winners allowed. All entries must be received by midnight on September 16, 2009. One (1) winner will be chosen in a random drawing to receive one (1) prize each. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes are worth $100 or less. The winner will be responsible for any taxes connected to prize. The winner will be contacted by email to pick up the gift certificate at the Greensboro News & Record on 200 East Market Street. The News & Record assumes no liability for quality, availability, or malfunction of prizes, products and/or services provided. All entries will become the property of the News & Record. Abuse of rules will forfeit your right to participate. By entering, winners agree to allow publication of their names and home cities on any News & Record website, and in the News & Record newspaper without additional consideration. Submission of an entry indicates acceptance of all rules and the decisions of the independent judging agency, which are final and binding. Drawing is open to all legal residents of the United States who live or work in North Carolina or Virginia.
